  • Case Number: Project code created in Cityworks<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  • Project Name: TIF name, abbreviated as necessary; No. = north, Dt. = Downtown, R. = River<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  • TIF Location: Cross-streets, neighborhood, address, etc. as appropriate<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  • Incentive Status: (see required symbolgy below)<\/SPAN><\/P>

    • Active: Currently active<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

    • Never Approved: process initiated but not approved<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

    • On Hold: process started but not completed<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

    • Retired: life span of TIF complete<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

    • Terminated: approved then cancelled<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

    • MODESA: MODESA was created to facilitate the redevelopment of downtown areas and the creation of jobs by providing essential public infrastructure.
