Service Description:

Parent spreadsheet is the “City Funded Housing Development Pipeline” spreadsheet, deemed to be the authoritative spreadsheet on Housing in the City by CDA. Spreadsheet is located at H:\NEPA_Environmental_Review\CDA Maps\Source Data\CDA Server Source Map. Data was accurate as of 1/16/2025. Info in original spreadsheet was only provided on a by project basis, not as individual points per project, so individual addresses were extracted to provide a point for each project. Award, unit, and TDC field totals were divided by the number of points to appear in the map accordingly. New spreadsheet is titled “Active_City Housing_Projects_FINAL” and saved at the same location. AMI unit totals left blank in the affordability column indicate those are not affordable units or data was unavailable. AMI ranges for large housing developments were left blank due to the unavailability of data by building. 2419 N Taylor and 4533 St Ferdinand were removed because the projects have been rescinded. Awards for Hebert Homes were combined. Habitat for Humanity sites funded by SLDC/ARPA/NMTC were unknown at the time the map was created.
